Commercial Management
I have found that developing the right Commercial strategy is key to project success and provides a framework for the project delivery.
I have experience of project level and programme level Commercial Management and influencing others to avoid a consistent approach
My prudent approach to commercial matters ensures that the impact on the organisations profitability is minimised.
I adopt a proportional and balanced stance to negotiating terms and amendments to Contract forms whether it be JCT16 or NEC4 and ensure that risk is treated appropriately within the project
Quantity Surveying
I provide cost planning advice at the early stages of the project lifecycle using market data and other tools such as BCIS to inform and advise at Business Case stage.
Experienced in the preparation of both Client-side tender documentation as well as Subcontract tender documentation, agreeing flow down terms and tender evaluation.
I have supported bid preparations for Consultant, Contractor and Subcontractors evaluating contract terms and building comprehensive allowances.
As a Cost Manager during the construction phase I have been responsible for cost reporting, agreeing the impact of change and agreeing final settlements.

I have a proven track record of successfully launching, directing and leading projects programmes and portfolios.
As a Chartered Surveyor I have progressed from Graduate to leading the transformation of the Project Management function within a Clients property function across the United Kingdom with the portfolio totaling over £70milllion in value.
I care about my Clients, work hard to understand their needs, strive to become a trusted partner and key contributor to the success of the project through the application of balanced, unbiased advice.
